Larial Analytical has successfully recruited and trained several staff scientists and is continually seeking both full and part-time personnel with strong academic or industry backgrounds. Our typical staff scientist has a Ph.D. in either the biomedical sciences or chemistry from a post-secondary institution. Since some of Larial's clients have occasionally experienced short-term staffing problems, they have sought help contracting qualified scientific personnel for R&D projects they are currently engaged in. Larial provides an important link between young scientists, seeking industry training and work experience, and R&D based companies attempting to fill temporary or even permanent employment positions with qualified personnel.

Larial participates in a variety of training and retraining programs that enable young scientists to gain industry experience.
